Foreword:
In the Westernized world of the 21st Century, humans are trying to navigate within the Laodicean Age (I also call it the mammon age). It took me by surprise, even though I understood the Scriptural implications. You see, I was married to a very pretty and very westernized lady, who just happened to attend church regularly and claimed to be a Christian. For me, that was good enough. I thought: after we are married we can attend (my Bible-centric) church together, and if she is not truly Saved, she will be, after some time being immersed in Gods word, and being directly connected with other true Christians. After all, she has already made "the profession of faith"; she has walked the Romans Road, and so if she has not surrendered completely yet, she soon will: Right? I met my wife while on a mission's trip to the Philippines. She was very interested in what I was trying to do there; remodel and reinvigorate orphanages (homeless shelters for children). She was my liaison; she worked with me; she translated and protected me while there. She was an entirely different person, from the time we spent together in Davao City, until years later when she finally arrived in the US (Las Vegas). Once she was American, she transformed into another human being; she was a changeling; she looked the same, but she was not the same. I did not ever meet the American version of her. What changed? Well, as I now know, nothing at all! What I mean is; her nature was unchanged; her heart was exactly the same. She had never once, surrendered unconditionally unto the Lordship of Jesus Christ, and so, she was as subject to the guidance of the evil one, as is the rest of humanity, when they have not surrendered totally unto Him. She simply became westernized, but like a greedy child who was withheld all the things dreamed of in her youth, suddenly, she was like a rich kid in a giant toy store. She realized that her looks would bring her anything, and I mean anything, she wanted. Wealthy men offered her more in a month than I will earn in a lifetime; she was offered a movie stars existence. Living a life of 3rd world poverty, she was suddenly rich, and just as suddenly, I was in the way. She was like Lot's wife; she could not stop herself from looking back at all the temptations availed her, there in Sodom (Vegas).

We look at the surface; we see personality; we see /attitude; we see physical appearance or even traditions & rituals honored, and then, use these things as our barometers, as we navigate this life. But I have come to learn what Jesus was trying to teach us all... all along! Ye shall know them by their fruit! It's an elementary statement, and yet, when we are already intelligent humans, we are quick to be quick; we are ready to move-on into the deeper, more Theological treatises: We have to get to the meat; the heart of the kill. Now, if you wanted to talk to me about the deeper issues of Scripture, I'm your man. I could (and did) embarrass a room filled with Theologians vaunting their MA/PhD credentials (1st Corinthians 2)! But you see, I was beaten by the smallest of things; I was stumped by the simplest of ideals; as I bravely traversed the complex forest, filled with towering conifers, I crashed and burned from the obscurity caused by a mere speck in my eye! Twas blind, but now I see (finally)! We humans are impatient about telling everyone how much we know, and indeed, Christianity is an informational epoch for everyone. The problem is; most people learn more from the mouth of another human outwardly, than they do from the still-small voice of God inwardly. The evidence (in the Laodicean Age) is that we have a preacher for every follower! Within the brain, pride is the most powerful element in the universe, and there is no greater volume of pride on Earth, than in those, which can be found toting around Holy Bibles! The Godless-religious set in a church-business, absorb everything they hear, and then leave that building and regurgitate what they heard, back to others. They go from monologue listeners to preachers; it goes into the brain and out the mouth, but never does it enter the Soul and come out in their lifestyles. Why? Because their Soul is dormant; they are still un-Saved, but are now becoming puffed-up with head knowledge: They have graduated from kindergarten and are now ready to teach at the Seminary! But we must be crucified and die, and then be defibrillated back to live. We must be born-again! Most humans would whine over a lost finger, imagine those enduring great losses. But this is the prerequisite to being in ministry; it is the testing of our faith that proves us; not until we pass that test does God bring us into ministry. But when being a Pastor (Minister, Bishop, whatever) is just an employment role, it does not differ from any other secular role. But a Pastor is not someone hired (a hireling); a Pastor is someone called; in other words, a Pastor called of God, cannot and will not be anything else, and would never compromise that calling with the tainting of mammon!

Now, In came to Christ in 1989; I was involved in a Bible-based, non-denominational church and was involved in ministry there, on stage every week in the worship team; I also worked at a Christian radio station owned by the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association. I've studied the Bible a hundred times over! Heck, I even Revised the New Testament King James (the RKJV! samples below). I published a Christian book. I thought I had it all figured out. But there was one very big piece of the puzzle that I did not look upon AS a big piece: The fact that we are deep within the Laodicean Age; the end-times! Knowing about it, is not at all the same as adjusting my thoughts, actions, inactions, lifestyle and every other directive, to this reality. Metaphorically; I was drafting my plans for staying in Rome when Jesus had already announced (to His Elect) that it will be destroyed! Looking at the superficial, I was operating under the same mindset as those who lived in times-past. But you see; the evil one is harder at work than ever, to distort the truth and to leaven the lump. As time passes, the bulk of the human race becomes colder; harder; indifferent: The cultures of the fattened are getting darker with every passing decade. Those who look like sheep are damned good actors these days! But the show has gone Hollywood; the flock is no longer family members, but superstars. The mega-churches bear witness to the group-mentality of the modern-day Capitalists; it all reminds me of my youth in the 70's, when we would attend concerts. Perhaps that is its attraction; it has an emotional connection to former days. But those days are gone, and they never were what we perceived them to be. The darkness has been with us for so long, that we hardly know it. We are in the end-times, somewhere towards its end. Spiritual transformation takes place from one individual to the next, and what brand someone calls themselves, has zero to do with it. I mean, the Catholic church is not a Christ-centric business, but that does not mean that the individual Catholic cannot be Saved! This theological praxis must be the consequence of surrender, death and resuscitation, and not mere conviction, otherwise it will eventually become a slow-fade! It is not the tradition of Christianity, it is the transformation of Christ! In a time and culture where modesty and simple living is a joke, finding a safe place to raise children is all but gone. And so the indoctrination continues, and the only solution is deliverance while in the flames, because the fire is everywhere... Now! Don't think it is not possible, for though they find themselves slipping & sliding down that muddy slope, the Amish have held their ground quite well, here in Un-Godly Sodom Annexed!

What must emerge therefore, is you and I, from the flames!

There is no topic that can be discussed, that can exclude the time and the place that we inhabit, right now! We are deep into the Laodicean Age! Sure, we can hold a dialogue about Scripture and God in a generic sense, but we cannot elaborate on anything, without doing so within the context of the time we are in, and more so, the culture we are in. I am in the USA, but "culture" would refer more to westernization, than it would the actual continent you are on. But know this; the end-times are far different than at any other time in human history. Once we study Scripture from the context of when/where we are, and once that eureka light-bulb goes off, that we can no longer just read Scripture and look upon it, as did others throughout time, the fact that we are deep into the Laodicean Age, changes everything. Oh, and no, it does not change the character or nature of God; it does not change the purpose and directives of the bond servant; it does not alter the meaning of life. But even those who are very old can see a marked difference, just between the cultural lifestyle of 1939 as compared to that of 2009! Lust, greed and excess have become so normalized that even the churches and ministries of our time find it all acceptable. Heck, they do secular movie reviews on Christian radio/TV! Why? Because they are daily consumers of total worldliness, and they know of no other life; no other lifestyle. They are typical Westernized consumers, who happen to have a self-belief that has the word "Jesus Christ" attached to it. They are not bad people, per say; I mean, they're not bent on evil, however, they are also not Saved/transformed either. And so, Christianity is looked upon just like everything else is looked upon, by those trapped within the cocoon of their indoctrinations, traditions and education. To "get into" ministry, is a selection off of the menu of "things to do"; it becomes a career with credentials that can be obtained by any hominid on Earth with the mammon to purchase it. Indeed, and so today, we have literally millions of people "in ministry" who have never met the Lord, and Matthew Seven teaches us this fact plainly! A meeting with the Indwelling Holy Spirit is so radical; so profound, that the brain simply cannot function the way it did before: We have the mind of Christ!

And so, time is winding down, and the end is near, and though many have said that throughout time, all prophesies must manifest before the end comes, no matter how dark it might look. But the evidence is mounting, and anyone who is Enlightened by the Indwelling, can look about in the world; on the TV; on the internet, and quickly see the evidence-pool filling up: But with what? With the greatest piece of evidence there can be; the false Christian; the antichrists now numbering over a billion! This could have never occurred in the past, and will never occur again. How do you know they are frauds? Simple! They struggle and contend over why life is not turning out the way they expected; they're still navigating this life as professing Christians, but still stumbling in the darkness of Sodom. They try to figure out what God wants of them, or of others, from the perspective of the worldly person: They cannot differentiate themselves from the world! They consume the world; they refer to the world; they hope that worldly stars will claim to be Christians; they are pathetic about their shameless consumption of the world. They are, as they put it, plugged-in to the world; because they have long-ago surrendered to the ways of this world, what they try to do as professing "Christians", is to whitewash the world; to clean the outside of the cup to make it safe for consumption. Because they're raising their children in worldliness, because that's where they are, they try to G-rate an X-rated world; only, the kids see through this fraud! And then, when life challenges them; When their Godless lifestyle begins to fail them, they look to God to fix it all. The bulk of our modern world is spoiled over-consumers who need a whipping, not more pacifying! One need only read or listen to them trying to navigate this life without the Indwelling to guide them. They do not need to emerge from the church-age; they need to merge into Gods lane!

Is traditionalism (or familiarity) the barometer of failure or success in "new" Christian movements or directives or thoughts? Or, to ask another way: Why will no new movement survive in the Westernized world? Simple! The Westernized world exists, exactly as a response to mass-Godlessness. Yep! Once again, we are IN the end-times; the world that you and I were born into is far different than at anytime in human history. This fact needs to become a major theme; a core-value, if you will. Once you wrap your brain around this, you begin to understand most everything else, because this fact places it all, into a more accurate context. We cannot look at what is happening now, and then just compare that to what occurred in the past. Everything is different now. And not just the fact that humanity spit into the face of God with the Industrial Revolution; not just because there are 6.7 billion humans on Earth; not because we have nearly wiped out Gods very creation and the balance of the planet! These things are certain, but what is most different is taking place in the Spiritual realm; for we war, not against flesh-n-blood, but against powers in higher places, in the non-corporeal! Take all these elements collectively, and I trust you will get the idea here! As we near the end, the numbers of humans will increase, while the number of the Godly will decrease! Religion and self-belief has become the replacement to Spiritual transformation and a radical lifestyle change. The Religionists have sold the lazy man's way to Heaven-tickets for a tithe; the products of the enemy are brazen, and yet in full bloom on the tree for all to see. But few want to see; the end-times bring with it, one major theme:

2nd Thessalonians 2: Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto Him, that you be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand. Let no man deceive you by any means, for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; who oppose and exalts himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped, so that he, as God, sits in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God. Don't you remember when I was yet with you, that I told you these things? And now you know what withholds, that he might be revealed in his time. For the mystery of iniquity does already work: Only He who now lets will let, until he is taken out of the way. And then, shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of His mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of His coming: Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan, with all power and signs and lying wonders, and with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth; that they might be Saved. And for this cause, God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness. But we are bound to give thanks always to God for you, brethren, beloved of the Lord, because God has from the beginning chosen you to salvation through sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth: Whereunto He called you by our Gospel, to the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore, brethren, stand fast, and hold the traditions that you have been taught, whether by word, or our Epistle. Now our Lord Jesus Christ Himself, and God, even our Father, which has Loved us, and has given us everlasting consolation and good hope through grace: Comfort your hearts, and establish yourself in every good word and work.

And so, what is emergent; what is the emerging church? Are these mere slogans; new denominational tags, labels or branding? Is this just marketing? (When there's a hand held out, its always marketing; the wolf feeds off the sheep)! Or is it an attempt to be disconnected from all these things? Is it a serious focus on living the life of the 1st Century believers; to live on Earth as Jesus did? or is it to change the image of Jesus to fit into the modern era? Is it a response to the disgust of the traditions of men over the last millennia? Well if so, then let my say; one more new idea will not change the human Soul; one more upwardly mobile slogan will not make you commit suicide. You see, you must die: You have to surrender and die. You will not merge just because you are unlike "those other guys"; those damned hypocrites! Nothing else is going to emerge: God has not budged one microbe one millimeter in over a millennia; It is finished. Jesus said it; I am no longer with you, I am now IN you (John 14); we're not orphaned, we are Indwelled! Jesus did not leave, He returned to us all, in another form! The only thing that must change is you, and you cannot change until you die! God has let go of the bowling ball, turned away and sat down, and way back on Golgotha's Cross; it is running down the lane, and there's nothing you can do about it; there's nothing God will do about it! You (potentially) have, what no other humans ever had; God waiting to come into you, to possess you; to conquer you. You will be transformed from Saul to Paul; from the Peter of the Gospels to the Peter of Acts, and this means that this life may indeed, suck; however, compared to what?

If your goal in life is a good education, a good job, a great economy, a sexy spouse, a stack of mammon and no serious health issues; well, again, you have not died yet! You are still just you! You still show a fascination for the world; for the worldly. You are more interested in Godless things, than in being Christ-on-Earth. You think that if you surrender completely, everything that you hold dear to, now, will die, and you are right! But this life really has nothing to do, with this life; we are not here, just to be here; the human experiment is to see what you will do with the choices presented to you as a volitional being. What you do, and do not do, will be the results of the test; you will fail, or you will not: God does the grade. And so, we of the Indwelling, are not concerned with this life, and in fact, if suffering and loss will lead to people surrendering and dying, then bring it on! May the economies of the world collapse! Hey, if ripping your eyeball out of your skull will ultimately lead to your own Salvation, then I'll get the towel and some water for you! We can rejoice together and praise God, once we get the bleeding stopped! In other words, because I Love you AS God Loves you, I do not care about your emotions or your comfort zone, nor in any other way do I want to pamper and spoil you. The word "spoil" is self-evident; Proverbs states this: 13:24 He who spares his rod hates his son, but he who loves him chastens him early. 22:15 Foolishness is bound in the heart of a child; the rod of correction shall drive it far from him. 23:13-14 Do not withhold correction from a boy, for if you beat him with the rod, he will not die. You shall beat him with the rod, and shall deliver his soul from hell. The world will put you in prison and take your child from you if you were to rod him (tan his defiant butt)! The Godless world we live in is more concerned about hurting someone's "feelings" than they are about one's eternal destiny, exactly because they do not really believe in an eternal destiny! They really do not believe in God, and so, the proof of that fact is in HOW they navigate within this life; what they focus upon; what concerns them first/foremost! And because the Westernized world has never been Christ-centric (rather than using the word "Christian" here), they have effectively introduced the Laodicean Age to humanity! The end-times could not come to pass without the Godless-religious, the Religionists and the un-Saved "Christians" in mass!

You see, without a transformation; a radical, life-altering transformation as a consequence of a near-death experience, we become mere products of our upbringing and its traditions/rituals; our culture and our education; our language and our time. Now, what I mean by a near-death experience is not what you hear from those who died in the hospital; but a death, for sure! Jesus tried to explain one of those other very simple ideals to Nick, and he did not get it either. Jesus said that, unless you are born-again, you cannot Live; you are not in the Kingdom of God (and the Kingdom of God is within you; the Indwelling Holy Spirit). Simply believing in Jesus is meaningless babble; Jesus Christ is just a name. We cannot believe in a name; we cannot become someone else. We become One with God, once the Indwelling Holy Spirit yokes in an eternal bond with our Soul; the Soul that God respired into all us hominids (Genesis 1). Everyone has their own Soul; an eternally surviving Soul! But Jesus Christ was God-in-man (God-Corporeal), who came to Earth to do three things: 1: To be the propitiation for sin. 2: To show us in actions (fruit-evidence) what/who God really is (God IS Love). 3: to pave the way for the greatest thing to happen to the bipedal hominid; the Indwelling Holy Spirit. The word "Holy Spirit" is found in the New Testament 200 times; doing a study through them is astounding; a revelation! But all the talk will never compensate for the life; those of the Indwelling, cannot do anything else, but live the life! and so, if you really, really want to yoke with the Body of Christ; the Fellowship of Yahshua Messiah, then you are going to have to first do, what Jesus asked/expected of the rich ruler (Luke 18); unload, and then, go where you think Jesus would go; there, you will find the Body. If, however, you are just shopping for something with "Christian" attached to it, that tastes better, well, good luck!

Because of the Pearl of Great Price, Paul Andrew Anderson died, was reborn, and has God-in-me, right now! You will never get any closer to God (here on Earth), than when you stand next to me! But not just me; anyone who had died completely to this life; and I mean, fell to the ground bloody and dead, and then defibrillated back to Life by the Indwelling Holy Spirit, and in that radical transformation, got up and started an entirely new life; a new Earthly existence. Life is no longer me-here-now; I am an eternal being who is in the course of spending every second of infinity with Creator God, and also, with all those who have died this way as well! Have you died yet? Or are you still holding onto this world? Show me the tombstone where you died and was laid to rest; that moment when you sold all to serve Him! Do you still seek after the things of this life, or are they all dung to you? Once you have been reborn; brought back to Life from your personal "death-to-this-life", you are born-again, you are Saved. Otherwise, you may have personal beliefs; everyone does! You may have obeyed the traditions of dead Christians; many have! You may know much about the words and ideals about the Bible; most on the Broadway will too! The question is; have you died yet? Do you not know its a daily cross? An unconditional surrender? Do you think this is harsh? Allow me to let Jesus speak to you, in His own words: (Ouch!)

Matthew 5:27-32 You have heard that it was said by them of old time: You shall not commit adultery, But I say unto you: That whosoever looks on a woman to lust after her, has committed adultery with her already in his heart. And if your right eye offends you, pluck it out and cast it from you: for it is profitable for you that one of your members should perish, and not your whole body to be cast into hell. And if your right hand offends you, cut it off, and cast it from you: for it is profitable for you that one of your members should perish, and not that your whole body should be cast into hell. It has been said: Whosoever shall put away his wife; let him give her a writing of divorcement: But I say unto you: That whosoever shall put away his wife, saving for the cause of fornication, causes her to commit adultery: and whosoever shall marry her that is divorced commits adultery.

Matthew 7:13-23 Enter in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way {The Broadway!}, that leads to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leads unto life, and few there are that finds it. Beware of false prophets, which comes to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. You shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles? Even so every good tree brings forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree brings forth evil fruit. A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit; neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. Every tree that does not bring forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. Therefore, by their fruits you shall know them. Not every one that says unto me: Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of Heaven; but he that do the will of my Father, which is in Heaven. Many will say to me in that day: Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in your name? And in your name have cast out devils? And in your name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them: I never knew you; depart from me, you that work iniquity.

Matthew 12:34-41 O generation of vipers, how can you, being evil, speak good things? For out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks. A good man out of the good treasure of the heart brings forth good things: and an evil man out of the evil treasure brings forth evil things. But I say unto you: That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the Day of Judgment. For by your words you shall be justified, and by your words you shall be condemned. Then certain of the scribes and of the Pharisees answered, saying: Master, we would see a sign from you. But He answered and said unto them: An evil and adulterous generation seeks after a sign; and there shall no sign be given to it, but the sign of the prophet Jonas: For as Jonas was three days and three nights in the whale's belly; so shall the Son of man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth. The men of Nineveh shall rise in judgment with this generation, and shall condemn it: because they repented at the preaching of Jonas; and, behold, a greater than Jonas is here.

Matthew 18:1-9 At the same time the Disciples came unto Jesus, saying: Who is the greatest in the kingdom of Heaven? And Jesus called a little child unto Him, and set him in the midst of them, and said: Verily I say unto you; except you are converted, and become as little children, you shall not enter into the kingdom of Heaven. Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, the same is greatest in the kingdom of Heaven. And who so shall receive one such little child in My name, receives Me. But who so shall offend one of these little ones which believe in Me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea. Woe unto the world because of offenses! For it must needs be that offenses come, but woe to that man by whom the offense comes! {must needs be: impossible to avoid} Therefore if your hand or your foot offends you, cut them off and cast them from you; it is better for you to enter into life halt or maimed, rather than having two hands or two feet to be cast into everlasting fire. And if your eye offends you, pluck it out, and cast it from you; it is better for you to enter into life with one eye, rather than having two eyes to be cast into hell fire.

Matthew 23:23-33 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you pay tithe of mint and anise and cumin, and have omitted the weightier matters of the law; judgment, mercy, and faith: These you ought to have done, and not to leave the other undone. You blind guides, which strain at a gnat, and swallow a camel. Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees; hypocrites! For you make clean the outside of the cup and of the platter, but within they are full of extortion and excess. You blind Pharisee, cleanse first that which is within the cup and platter; that the outside of them may be clean also. Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you are like unto white sepulchers, which indeed appear beautiful outward, but are within full of dead men's bones, and of all uncleanness. Even so you also outwardly appear righteous unto men, but within you are full of hypocrisy and iniquity. Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! Because you build the tombs of the prophets, and garnish the sepulchers of the righteous, and say: "If we had been in the days of our fathers, we would not have been partakers with them in the blood of the prophets". Wherefore you are witnesses unto yourselves, that you are the children of them that killed the prophets. You fill up then, the measure of your fathers. You serpents, you generation of vipers, how can you escape the damnation of hell?

John 12:24-48 Verily, verily, I say unto you, except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abides alone: but if it dies, it brings forth much fruit. He that loves his life shall lose it; and he that hates his life in this world shall keep it unto life eternal. If any man serves Me, let him follow Me, and where I am, there also shall My servant be: if any man serve Me, him will my Father honor. Now My soul is troubled; and what shall I say? Father, save Me from this hour; but for this cause I came unto this hour. Father, glorify your name. Then there came a voice from heaven, saying: I have both glorified it, and will glorify it again. The people therefore, that stood by and heard it, said that it thundered: others said, an angel spoke to Him. Jesus answered and said: This voice came not because of Me, but for your sakes. Now is the judgment of this world; now shall the prince of this world be cast out. And I, if I am lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto Me. This He said, signifying what death He should die. The people answered Him: We have heard out of the law that Christ abides forever; and why do you say: The Son of man must be lifted up? Who is this Son of man? Then Jesus said unto them: Yet a little while is the light with you. Walk while you have the light, lest darkness comes upon you, for he that walks in darkness knows not where he goes. While you have light, believe in the light, that you may be the children of light. These things Jesus spoke, and departed, and hid Himself from them. But though He had done so many miracles before them, yet they believed not on Him: That the saying of Isaiah the prophet might be fulfilled, which he spoke, "Lord, who has believed our report? And to whom has the arm of the Lord been revealed?" Therefore they could not believe, because that Isaiah said again: "He has blinded their eyes, and hardened their heart; that they should not see with their eyes, nor understand with their heart and be converted, and I should heal them". These things said Isaiah, when he saw His glory, and spoke of Him. Nevertheless, among the chief rulers also many believed on Him, but because of the Pharisees they did not confess Him, lest they should be put out of the synagogue: For they loved the praise of men more than the praise of God.
